Friendly staff, clean room, clean public space, safe parking area, bed were comfortable.

Another hotel guest for the night was loud all night. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but did wake us multiple times. This hotel did provide a quick over night stay and was worth what we paid.

Very old poorly maintained hotel. Shower curtain was covered in black mold.

If the remodel gets completed it will be beautiful

The breakfast has to be the worst I've experienced i.e. cereal, yogurt, bread (no butter) and unmarked muffins. The TV did not work and despite the desk clerk saying a technician was on the way it appears they haven't worked since at least June.

Kristen at the front desk allowed us to check in early on 12/7/24 as we were headed to a 3:00pm wedding. She was friendly and so helpful.

Although I didn't use it, the microwave and fridge were a nice amenity.

That I wasn't asked if an adjoining room would be OK - wasn't very comfortable.

Our room had no heater/AC unit, or thermostat with which to make room comfortable on a muggy nite. Stale air, with no air movement made for a miserable night. Also, no mini fridge to place foods and drinks in, slow tub drain (drain screen was clear)

Location

The room's decor and furnishings were old and dated looking. The sofa's upholstery had seen better days. I placed a bath towel over it before sitting on it.

Perkins next door

Website says spa, no spa there. Pool was not handicap accessible meaning no zero entry. The floor through the lobby and pool area was dangerously slippery, like glass! And an incline with no railing. Place stunk like wet dogs.

The people at the front desk were friendly.

The room was filthy.. I took a towel and cleaned the floor by the bed.

the breakfast was a disappointment...nothing that appeared healthy, fruit was old looking, juice machine broken the sofa in our room had a visible sag and looked like it had been there since 1970 elevator walls and floor were dirty

Easy to get to and good location (close to restaurants and shopping)

The Free Continental Breakfast was horrible! The building is outdated and could use lots of TLC. It was super loud - we could hear our neighbors all night long.

The place is a total dump. Paid 118.00 for it too. Ended up leaving and driving home it was so bad

Pretty sure this was billed as a 3-star. Doesn¿t meet the grade if you ask me.

Outside looks sort of rough. Lobby looks great but the room is small, worn, and smelled musty. At least the bed was clean.

Location and Price

Bed was very uncomfortable and the Toilet made incredibly loud whistling sound every 10 minutes.

The heat worked. the toaster worked.

it said there was a hottub and there was NOT a hot tub... we would have stayed at a different hotel. The Breakfast was really poor. frozen food we had to microwave. the pancake machine was broken.

Easy access.

Lacks sound proofing. Our room had an adjoining door to someone else. Thin door and loud music and loud conversations in the hall all hours of the night!

They had a lovely indoor pool which we did not use. The common areas were clean and smelled okay.

The room was foul smelling. Temperature was set to 58 degrees when we walked in and was very cold. Breakfast was terrible. Certainly not up to what was expected. Refrigerator was missing the egg burrito that was advertised. Toaster waffles not good!

Power went out when using microwave as well as tv then once it was powered back up the tv did not work properly again room smelled like mildew
